Who We Serve

Strong Family Health Center is an Indian Health Services (I.H.S.) Contract Healthcare Services Organization. We serve any Native American/Alaskan Native residing within the county of Modoc (excluding anyone living on the Fort Bidwell Indian Reservation). Please reference eligibility under the tab policies.
