STRONG STARTS FOR STRONG FAMILIES

Strong Starts for Strong Families program offers a weekly playgroup open to all Modoc Families with children ages 0-5. Playgroups are great opportunities for children to practice gross and fine motor skills, interact with other children and prepare for preschool. We offer a homemade, nutritious snack and have some craft time as well. Our playgroup is a great place for parents to meet new friends too. We meet most Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:00, call Cindy at Strong Family Health Center to confirm. The goal for our Strong Starts for Strong Families program is to reach out to families and provide support and resources for parents. We look forward to offering dental, vision and hearing screenings in the future along with home visits. Come by and check it out.
