STRONG STARTS FOR STRONG FAMILIES

Strong Starts for Strong Families is our new program that offers parent education for families with children 0-5, ranging from nutritional to developmental education for our eligible families. We have weekly playgroups every Tuesday from 11-12:30 where a healthy and nutritious lunch is provided, and children can develop their fine and gross motor skills, interact with other children their age and prepare for preschool. Our Strong Starts for Strong Families program is open to the public. We offer Dental, Vision and Hearing Screenings. We also provide parenting support and home visits for families. The goal for our Strong Starts for Strong Families program is to reach out to families and provide support and resources for any barriers to self-sufficiency they may encounter and teach them nurturing parenting skills.
